Google has heard the call of Nexus One phone owners and are now growing their support structure to include telephone support. The new support structure will augment what is already in place, namely email support and forum support.
The news today isn’t really much of a surprise as a Google job posting earlier this month did hint at this prospect. What is a bit surprising is how quickly the support was implemented.
If you’re an N1 smartphone owner and looking for live technical help, support staff can be reached at (888) 48NEXUS (63987) and will be available between the hours of 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST.
Google did offer their rationale for the new support matrix stating “Live phone support from Google, combined with an optimized on-line support experience, enables a superior Nexus One customer experience.”
